TO ALL 1) COC and lab findings First of all, any lab that receives what is supposed to be a COC sample must verify that the COC has not been broken before they do anything. If the "seal" is broken or tampered with. then they will not and cannot go any further with out IMO breaking the law. They can not put their name in the COC if it is not so. IMO a COC is set up with an independent company to manage and monitor the whole process which includes security, storage, transportation and sign-off at each stage of process. 2) JJ In the world of management you are never fired, good or bad. You resign. All leaders have followers and have personal, professional and financial reasons for wanting to support their leader. The influx of new "views" since the departure of JJ follows this path of supporting your leader. Some of the issues and points they bring out might hint of impropriety and divert the attention of investors. IMO JJ's inability to properly manage Naxos caused JJ to resign. IMO these allegations of impropriety will depart with him, and his departure will have a very positive effect on NAXOS 3) Inside information For those concerned about insider information, let's take the JJ situation for example. Most of us heard (READ) the news of the JJ situation on this thread from one of JJ's followers (see #2). Some of us doing our personal DD might have heard about this just after it happened and before someone posted on this public page or the by company press release. IMO during this turmoil the company has to deal with the situation first internally and then externally. I consider that the news release about JJ was released within a reasonable time. Being on this thread gives us the opportunity to gather "inside" information faster than most. WE benefit from everyone's DD, if they choose to share that information with the community. I can only suggest that to better understand your investment you spend as much time doing your DD as you spend on this thread. Pick up the phone and call someone! That's how anyone gets what some call "insider" information! 4) New management IMO this new management will lead us through the current chaos and focus the company on getting PM out of FL. They will now be advised by a board providing valuable insights to the new management team. This advisory board is the best thing that we can ask for. More minds, more ideas and more goals. We do not want a leader who is a pawn for one investor. We want a leader for all investors and employees. A advisory board has a better chance to make that happen. We can hope that the next management team has a better understanding of the power of the WWW and this thread to disseminate information to current and potential investors. 5) Stock price What happened to the stock price? First of all this is not IBM. In the eyes of the investment community there are many contraindications to investing in Naxos. 1) It is a Vancouver mining company. 2) It is a delisted ASE stock. ASE is commonly known as a haven for fraudulent stocks. For Naxos to get thrown off this exchange raises big questions, regardless of the explanation, and JJ was not the straightest arrow. 3) They are not trying to mine PMs from typical fields. I could continue this list but you can see the mountain Naxos has to climb to get institutional investors on board. The latest downturn in stock price IMO happened because of several factors. 1) The misprint of 1 1/2 could not have happened at a worse time. There were a lot of people watching on the sidelines. That turned them off, and scared a lot of longs. 2) JJ and/or his followers are selling the stock to try to show displeasure with his release/resignation (reread #2) 3) Investors are looking at the fluctuation in price and questioning themselves about why they did not sell at 5 to get 200-300% return. Now they are selling to get 100-200% ROI, (still not bad) 4) and so on... As many of us have said on this thread. THIS IS A HIGHLY SPECULATIVE STOCK. By definition we are all gamblers, which is a highly emotional activity by nature. Until PMs are mined from FL, this investment is no different than gambling in Vegas. To some extent the casinos in Vegas are regulated, as is Naxos. In both places you have to regulate your own participation by understanding what you're doing. To all the new members we hope that you can bring rational thoughts and information to this thread. If you have issues, do your DD and provide the whole package including Q&A and sources. We can all be helped by true unemotional DD. "May the numbers be with you" SER
