< There are customers who would like to pay couple of hundred more to see the real things when they buy(those are technically less sophisticated buyers) , and there are those who can handle everything technically but just need to place order through the net.> Ed, wouldn't this cause a major conflict with retailers. It would be worth $100+ to me to go into the store, look at what I wanted, then order by phone from CPQ. Customers would pick up on this quickly. Retailers would suffer and allocate less advertising to the product, JMHO. Mike Gordon
