My favourite is Valu-net International Corp.
Symbol is VNE/ASE (Alberta)
Trading at $1.50 (CDN)
22.9 million shares but
only 4.9 million in the public float.
Thread on SI under VNE

Valu-net has recently signed Wayne Gretzky,
Don Cherry (he's on AOL)and Martin Brodeur (http://www.martinbrodeur.com). You can buy sports merchandise online from Martin's site.

As a business model, they are carving a niche out selling NHL related sports merchandise. Partners are NCR, Previse (Microsoft partner),
Bank of Nova Scotia and National Bank of Canada.
Wayne has signed for 4 years to help promote pre-paid phone cards.

They are in talks with other sports superstars.
