Julius: I'm a bit tardy with this; but recalling your mention of dividends, Argentina's MetroGas (NYSE:MGS) pays an attractive dividend. Argentina, as few others we know, also has no withholding.

Thank you for the information. Although somewhat dated, I have an
old Morningstar ADR book that lists the various # of shares a particular ADR represents. If you, or anyone needs a specific security, I will look for it. The book is a couple years old, so newer ARD's are not listed.
