Hi everyone, I have been following KMGG - Kaleidoscope Media Group Inc for quite some time. The stock trades on the OTC BB under KMGG and on the Berlin and Frankfurt exchange under BNN. I come to your thread as I have chatted online with Doug R. for the past year in reagards to the TA on this stock. Doug R. is a member of AOL as I am to. Durng 1997, I had always asked Doug R. about the TA on KMGG. The stock was always going down and I couldn't figure it out. The TA was always bad, but the company was making money, had no debt, and was consistently releasing great information about contracts, new projects etc.. In fact, when I first introduced myself to Doug R.in early 1997, the stock was at $2.875 in March 1997 and fell to .44 in December 1997. During that time, all of the shareholders were baffled and confused. The stock quickly recoverd to $1.55 based on the intention of Swiss investors to buy 5.5 million shares or 20% of the company in the open market. biz.yahoo.com As at march 6th, 1998 only 2.5 million of those shares had been acquired amogst other tremdously positive annoucements (SEE BELOW). I have decided to post here not to hype the stock but to obtain an objective analysis both qualitative and quantitaive of this stock. KEY THING TO CONDIDER RE: TA (ie: the shorting will stop, so historical data re: volume and trading is irrelevant). I mentioned to Doug the March 6th, 1998 press release indicating that the company has proven that the stock had been illegally shorted by certain brokerages and that during this time, the stock was being intentionally kept low by these parties. It was at this time that I relaized why the TA was always bad and explained why the stock was always going sown in 1997.
