Stuart, sorry this is late, had to spend time with my family :-), but your absolutely correct, and if the conversion is tied to the then average share price for a predetermined period, then all the better. The calculation I used was based on the diluted earnings, fully diluted assuming 20MM shares with an eps of .1085. As I stated, it was a response to someone on another thread, so some of it didn't translate, laziness on my part. In any event, I personally think that things bode well for FAMH. The coming week should be exciting. Jin.
