It follows that, like military intelligence, oxymorons DO grow on trees...this debate about the letter and interpretation of the law is moot, to say the least. Theodore Rozcak (sp) said the same about objectivity - ie. it doesn't exist. In my many discussions with legals who have direct and on-going experience debating an extraordinary range of issues before the Supreme Court, it's all about money, to be blunt...and it's relevant to mention that my risk level tolerance is way off the scale compared to most people posting here. As time passes, and the CSJ seeks it's quorum my interpretation of how the PAC5 receives and deals with arguments about the 4th ruling are also "...all about money..." and secondarily about politics. I am not swayed in the least by those who claim that this is too politicized. Most of them also claim to be objective...sorry, this is about greed and fear and money...the difference being that the CSJ is looking at long-term money, not bribes. That's in KRY's favour..

With regards to 'how many angels can dance on the head of a pin', the answer is '>X'...I'm an optimist.
