Millracer,

I believe that if you reread press release 98-3 from February 5, you will get the answer to your question. Specifically the paragraph titled Status of Johnson/Lett Company Technology Research.

I believe that this is specifically discussing the material that has recently been released. I don't know this for an absolute fact but it's all I've seen in print from the company.

Regards,
Jb3

I'm glad to see that folks are finally mad as hell and demanding accurate answers to very direct questions. No one that has invested in this company should accept any less... Eric, good to hear from you again and thanks for your reply to my earlier post. If we go back to 1996 and read the news releases, it is obvious that Naxos has supplied a multitude of information indicating that the ore deposit at F. L. is homogeneous. If this is not true, that those entire set of (top to bottom) numbers are false, misleading, and probably criminal. Naxos spun the story to the testing procedures as the problem and not the ore itself. The problem has since been blamed on everything from Paul Blumberg (senior chemist at Ledoux) being incompetent to a microwave oven having the incorrect wattage to test ore samples. There have been hundreds of posts on this thread where people are estimating opt., and multiplying by the size of Franklin Lake to come up with an approximate net worth for the property and even the stock. In fact I believe that you posted one of the most comprehensive charts on this issue several months (and several stock dollars) ago. If we don't know how many samples were tested with results near zero, then one cannot estimate opt. ... Mark my word here on this.. The COC will be the next new issue.. Mark Silvers .. Thank you for replying to my chain of custody issues.. but at this time I challenge you to tell me just who is responsible for COC. Exactly who is holding the splits that are being tested at this time? Where did they originate? How many hands have they passed through. BOTTOM LINE.... If there was ever an integrity issue (See BREX fiasco) who would be held responsible? The answer is no one! Everyone would pass the buck and blame to the other guy. Sealed sample or not, too many monkeys are touching the football. I felt very comfortable with BD/Ledoux and was even impressed with the company's integrity effort. NOT ANY MORE. Where exactly is this stuff being stored and how many people are now handling it? You said I was wrong, but do you honestly know these answers? Just one more very small and probably insignificant concern regarding NR98-5 . It states that results were OBTAINED from two independent labs and, in the next breath, that results were PROVIDED to the laboratories by Dr. Johnson. WHICH ONE IS IT!!!--HELLO--If Dr. Johnson will profit millions of shares from successful results of his process, then the possibility (or some might think probability) for tainting, enrichment or best case scenario... broken chain of custody exists. If you take a urine sample from a subject to test for the presence of drugs and give the sample back to him (or even afford him an opportunity to touch the sample), then chain of custody has been broken!!! This doesn't mean it was tampered with but, none the less, COC has been broken. P.S. -Someone with a financial interest in this company should call Behre Dolbear and get accurate answers to some of the questions raised in previous posts as well as their written reports to Naxos. I would, if I really wanted to know the truth. Is anyone else confused and by any chance does any one smell a fox in the hen house. Is it true that Father Ofiesh is hearing confessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 6 pm.? (sorry- couldn't resist) I am Catholic and have great admiration and respect for priests. Father Ofeish could likely become the most valuable asset to the Naxos team!....Mike Morgan
