[MAXX] Hi, Ray ... Just saw the new list you posted. Just wondering, is MAXX to be delisted (possibly)? I thought I remembered something mentioned about this ...

the PE set to above 0<<

Geeze, Ray..... I've never invested in a company with a PE > zero.

:-)

TSND, Carol.... my dream is that they'll quietly come out with news regarding a second product candidate. My dream of dreams is that they quietly release the news, before the <procysteine> sample size adjustment in April, and that (1) the news is released at about 6:29 a.m. Pacific on a Monday, and (2) I see it first.

Until then, "crap-shoot". Hard for me to get a full read yet, but it looks like Baxter has spun it out, letting Boehringer Ingelheim and the public assume the risk for further development.

You jump in first, and tell me if the water is cold.....

Cheers! Rick
