Joe you maybe right but I think this sector is in the worse shape of any...and also think the market is 200 or so points away from an itermediate top.... Remember last Mar-Apr??? I think we could have history repeat itself here soon...I agree $$$ is pouring into funds, and yes they have to spend it...but maybe not in techs and in general not the semis...a lot of much better sectors and stocks to put hard earned cash into... Besides Joe funds don't bottom fish till they think the carnage is run it's course...IT HASN"T YET! IMO....
