Yes, that evidence may exist or not, may be strong or not, may be clear or not, it is for the Court to judge. I believe that no one outside the Court knows either way at this time. I bought a few KRY shares, which I will likely hold till the decision, which I do not expect on this coming Tuesday. I will likely pick up a few more, especially if they become cheaper. For a year or so I have had no PDG. So that's where my money is. My comments were based on my own general thinking about the situation, which was largely based on things I've heard in private communication with venezolanos who wish to remain anonymous. One thing the people on the ground stress - it could be a mistake to see this case as a great struggle between good and evil, in black and white - the shades of grey are many, and are more neutral and soothing to the eye and to the interests of the nation of Venezuela. ....... cheers ................... marcos
