A company announcing an earnings projection is one thing. It can be
wrong, and in this case I think more than a small part of it was due
to the dillution we experienced during the 3rd and 4th quarters.
Since we don't have the calculations Ira based his numbers on, what
can we say?

The last press release was a different story ENTIRELY. The last press
release concerning earnings stated:

"Firamada is pleased to report to its shareholders the final audited
EPS for 1997 is $.1085 per share."

This was not a back of the envelope calculation. This was not "elation".
This was an AUDITED number given by Ira. So you can drop your hints
that Ira means well but just can't add... if you challenge what Ira
states is the audited EPS for 1997 then you are calling him a liar
and saying that he is purposely trying to defraud the shareholders.

So no, the accuracy of past projections are not an "important piece
of the puzzle" for people trying to decide if Ira will soon be in
jail for fraud or not. He said "audited". Period.

Now, I repeat it again. If you are going to make such an allegation
I want to see your proof right now. I have serious money on the table
here and "intelligent" people like me don't like people playing games
with my money. Especially by people like you who have no stake in
the company.
