You could be right. On one point you're certainly right: I have a lot to learn. Nothing is of any greater value than the politics of experience.

I guess what I was trying to say is sometimes what looks good, ain't; and sometimes what looks bad, ain't.

Regarding the resignations, both Howorth and West were CEOs of their respective companies before it merged into Softbank, before Softbank merged into Zulu. Mr. Meatchem was CEO of his own auto company before it merged into Zulu. And now Lair is the CEO of ESVS, which--for all practical purposes--has taken over Zulu.

Now, my baseball coach was my math teacher and I got an automatic C-grade in order to stay eligible to play, of course--this was a long time ago, by the way). But the math above adds up to four CEO's. What happened was inevitable, I think.

My bet? I'd venture to wage that Lair would not come on board unless he was Numero Uno. The press release attributed the accomplishments of both Howorth and West. I'm sure we'll see another release that will define the role of Meatchem.

But best of all? I think we'll see a whole new PR department and will therefore have greater clarity down the road.

Don't you think that, probably, it is the sales people in general that have the sales contacts and not the executives!
