Jim, thanks for the insider information. Are there any other shares covered by outstanding 144 filings that sales have NOT occurred for yet? I guess some folk's arguments that these outstanding filings were a BULLISH indicator were a little off.

Mr. Fink,

When you wrote "Hovnanian must have dumped a majority of his shares on that day", you meant that Vahak Hovnanian, father of Cellularvision CEO Shant Hovnanian, and not the CEO himself, sold shares, right? I do not recall Shant filing to sell.

As for Vahak, recent sales are a first for him. I calculate he still has around 3.5 million shares to "dump".
