Hi Wendy, nice to hear from you again, and thanks for the article. I don't think I could answer that question without a lot of investigation. The first question would be whether the threshold for listing would be raised to make it more difficult for microcaps. I have had a lot of advice from people that I deal with at RBCD, ScoMac and others that NASDAQ is preferred. According to them, companies that are far less developed or have market potentials that are substantially smaller than ours are getting financed in the low seven figures without near the difficulties we are having trying to raise fractions of those amounts. We are looking at all options now, and will continue to do so. Again, thanks for bringing it to my attention. Regards, John
