TOT: As I understood it BD hired CMRI to maintain the custody and prepare the samples for processing. I think this means CMRI was part of the protocol BD certified as COC. Maybe I'm wrong, if so I'm sure you'll point it out. JLA

Timmy, I don't get your post. I'm rather slow. Are you saying that Dr. Johnson could have told them to add gold (or something that had gold hidden in it), which they did, and we came out with that gold as part of the extracted gold from the assaying??? What kind of lab do you think CMRI is? Boy, this trial subscription to SI is getting to be ridiculous.

What absolute nonsense. CMRI accepted the material from Behre Dolbear under chain of custody. They have maintained the material under chain of custody since then. For the learning impaired that means they did not allow Dr Johnson or anyone else associated with Naxos near the material. Unless in addition to being a chemist Dr Johnson is a hypnotist who managed to give the CMRI subliminal instructions to salt the material the material was secure. Note that Behre Dolbear stated that they had no comment on the methodology used by Naxos. Great news flash Timmy. Are you working on solving the late arrival of the Titanic next. Behre Dolbear was never hired to analyze the process. They were hired to drill the material under chain of custody, which they did. It was Ledoux who was contracted to evaluate the process.
