I have seen various retail outlets selling similar systems for different prices in the local (Philadelphia area). For 300 MHz system
with similar config. had different prices advertised at STAPLES,
Computer City, and COMPUSA. At the Corp. web site, that is probably
a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The retail outlets
and middlemen wholesalers probably have latitude to set their own prices (esp. with CPQ incentives).
