To ALL: I have another thought from my conversation with the company on Friday afternoon.

I am somewhat familiar with the Credit Card Processing Industry and from my conversation with GLOW, it sounds like they are very pleased with that part of their business.

I know that type of business can be extremely profitable!! I got the impression that they also view it as an outstanding revenue source and profit center.

I REALLY like the ECS growth plan. I wouldn't be surprised to see ECS do better than the other subsidiary interests. Just my opinion, of course.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow, so we can start to get a better picture of what GLOW management is thinking.

Best wishes,
Brad

Float - numbers of shares outstanding?

>"Earnings Per Share in line with what we have publicly projected"

A reverse-split of 20:1 would keep earnings in line with projections!
How many shares outstanding, restricted, and authorized?
