Thank You Kevin Garnier. Now we have some "closer" to real numbers rather than my worse case numbers. They represent a more accurate projection and I thank you for that.

A question Kevin

Can I presume that the year 2 & 3 gross revenues were based on a manufacturing facility start-up done exclusivly(darn spell check) by Pyng?

From what I can see from your numbers there is a large margin here. This opens Pyng to contracting the manufacturing to another company and still allowing for a great profit.

Lastly, I was using a multiple of 20 as a worse case. But find that this company really doesn't fit any Index I am aware of.

In Canada we have;

Consumer Products with a multiple of 30
Industrial Products with a multiple of 20
Biotechnologies/Pharmaceuticals at 80

Because we Canucks treat our Bio/Pharma's (especially newbies) unfairly we tend to discount them drastically.

ie. A Bio/Pharma in Canada in Stage One trials is market capped at about $10-25mm
In the US a Bio/Pharma in Stage One trials is market cap $70-100mm

Obviously Pyng's NASDAQ listing will raise its market cap and Profile.

Lastly, the projected revenues for year two seem extremely low, is that because the projections was on their "existing manufacturing" facility.

MOST IMPORTANTLY

and saying over and over "no R no R". he continues to read
and keeps sobbing.. no R. Finally God comes and asks him
what is wrong .. and he says "The word was supposed to be

More On Share Price Valuations

Thanks to you, the Chief & all other contributors for taking the time to present possible share valuation price scenarios. Hopefully folks on this thread will continue to refine these figures as more accurate company info & market sales facts, figures and predictions are made known/solidified.

Kevin. How quickly do you see the stock price moving towards your suggested valuations? Are you suggesting that the share price will appreciate towards your calculated figures over specific intervals of time (e.g. are you saying it will take three years time to reach the $30 to $50 dollar range?) *or* that the market may at some point later this year move the share price towards the $50 dollar mark? I would hazard a guess suggesting the latter is the most likely scenario to unfold based on how markets have historically valuated other medical cos.

Also how 'bout trying some share price calculations based on the estimated sales five years hence. Would love to see how high the share price could appreciate by then! And last but not least, I recall reading somewhere in this thread that the projected earnings did not include sales to the military. Did you factor these additional sales figures into your calculations? If not, perhaps through joint guesstimates by others in this thread we could determine by what percentage your share price calculations should be multiplied by to take into account profits generated by military sales. Cheerio.

Tom

PS. Would you be so kind as to point me towards the location of the business sales plan or other document from which you've garnered the projected earnings figures? Thanks!
