In case anyone missed it, Reuters also had a News Release last Thursday night that had another comment from Ira in it.

"Reached by phone, Firamada President Ira Monas said that a final agreement should be inked by early next week, at which time Firamada will announce the deal. He declined to name the target company, which he described as 'a holding company not in our industry.'"

It sounds like Ira expects to sign something shortly. Hope so.

Could be another interesting week!

Best wishes,
Brad

One other note from Headway article expenses to grow to upgrade
the companies they bought.
They also see value if the market tanks which will cause massive
job shifting creating more temporary staffing.
In 97 revenue was 87% from staffing, regulatory compliance and employee benefits.
