Brad, a simple question regarding the following... <<<... provided that the un-named NASDAQ company still meets the conditions of Rule 4310(c). (The Summary of Rule 4310 is shown at this site:>>>> The keyword here is "still." The "mystery date" of Firamada's apparently does not meet conditions for listing now (they are being de-listed) so how could they "still" meet them in a few weeks? Obvious here (to me, anyway) is the fact that the Nasdaq company would have to meet these conditions without FAMH's help. These aren't my facts, Brad... they are NASDAQ's. Nice try, anyway, L.E.
