As much as I dislike the LE types on this thread, it is almost worth it because I LOOOOOOVE when others put them in their places with the real facts. Man LE is really getting desperate with his statements. We must be getting close to it. Have a nice week traders!!

Right good point..

figuring .36 for 1997 on 20MM shares
As for 1998 you are right about the 40MM+? shares, but we have no idea what Myriad is bringing to the table for earnings. Also, whats Fira's 1998 1Q EPS for example, because if this happens before March 31st that is when it would be accounted for. Also, Im still waiting to see a charge in 1Q Eps for Myriad aquisition (if it closes within 2 weeks!)
Since its so late in the Q, I almost hope they delay it til after March 31st so next Q looks nice...

I agree with you on the audit.. sick of waiting on it. I dont understand how on one hand FIRA says .. well we are working on all the other things so audit keeps getting pushed out, yet on the 2nd hand they say oh we have nothing to do with the audit, its out of our hands. Blah.

Asked for negativity, got it! Love the service at SI!

Your right on one count. I posted on the other FAMH thread the research related to the 40M shares instead of 20M. I went a bit farther to determine the number of shares in the "shell " companies float, and came up with $0.19 to $0.20 per share (recasting 1997 earnings with post merger (1998) shares).

As for the release of financials, Ira states that this deal took precedence (per press release)...

He added that, ''We appreciate the patience our shareholders have shown while we adjust to a higher business
atmosphere resulting from our growth and acquisitions. We were preparing the final financials last week, for release to the
shareholders, when we were offered these exceptional terms.''
