While I share your view about "changing horses", my post was deliberately focused on the language the president chooses for making his denials (e.g., pronouns and tense used).

It's going to be a sad state of affairs in the future if we'll need to analyze the language that our elected representatives use because they do not garner the trust of the people who put them in office. I certainly hope this is a unique situation and not the beginning of a trend in the type of people who get elected to important positions in this country.

I would think that Allen Greenspans' marriatal bliss would be more of indicator of a healthy economy than our good presidents' extra-cirricular activities.
