Consolidation and name change not proceeding Adikann Goldfields Ltd ADKShares issued 207829961998-03-17 close $0.03 Wednesday Mar 18 1998Mr J. Graham Douglas reports The proposed consolidation of the company's shares was not approved by the required percentage of shareholders at the company's recently completed annual general meeting. Accordingly, the consolidation will not be proceeding and the company will not be changing its name at this time. The company has abandoned its interest in the Adom concession in Ghana, West Africa.
