Jeff-

You sound like some of the people who have come to Florida. Stop Growth! No more development! I'm here close the gates!
Sorry, I'm in construction, if they stop building , I'm out of work!

Hmm, are you in construction in Florida? If so, aren't large areas of the state laid to waste on an irregular basis by hurricanes and tropical storms? Seems the last I heard, Dade County has yet to be fully rebuilt after that big one in '94. I saw large hotels shutterered in Panama City still because of damage from a storm two years ago. Point being: Lots of work for you construction chaps-- always.

I live in a rural area, and resent the encroachment of urban living on my "habitat." I can't fault Floridians, natives or immigrants, for feeling the same way.

Good luck in the market!

Rick

Jeff, You sure read a lot into my reply to Rawn. Having a bad hair day? I love S.I. as well. Maybe I've been the victim of to many scams. Check out the What's hot link sometime and then you might understand what I meant by a giant chat room. P.S. I'm in construction too. Ironworker. You an Electrician? KC.
