This is of course, nonsense. Mr. Brommer knows both names, of the law firm and the accounting firm at the request of his client he has held these in confidence. The accounting firm for Magra is Schwartz, Levitsky and Feldman in Toronto, Canada. The accounting and law firms for Henley are unknown for the moment. To keep them confidential until Henley is fully reporting is not surprising since Mr. Brommer and Henley have been inundated with inquiry calls about the financials, etc.
