I agree 100% with you about vvus having strong fundamentals. I have learned that in the short run the market seems to defy logic. When I short a high flyer with negative or miniscule earnings I get my but burned (my last fiasco was AOL-lost $75,000 shorting) when I buy a stock which I feel is way undervaluated I tend to find myself frustrated waiting for an upmove which eventually comes after a long time period. You are right on Vivus if your investment strategy is long term. I however am too damned impatient to consider myself a true investor. Admittedly I am a trader. I see myself as a gambler who through TA and FA and a lot of homework attempt to have the deck stacked in my favor. Lets face it, any position has a 50/50 chance of winning or losing. The key is to use all the tools available to change the odds in our favor. Good luck with your investing. I'm confident that the diehard vivus longs who are patient will be well rewarded down the road.
