Elliot has 15 years of experience in turnarounds, manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic management, distribution and sales. Elliot has a successful record with both public and private companies, having served as vice-president to the Ode Equity Corporation, business development and acquisitions officer at BCE Inc., COO at Kirsner, Stern & Slavutin, vice-president of Finance Union Financial Services/The Union Corporation, and director of Leviton Manufacturing. In these various positions as well as long-term consulting jobs, Elliott repositioned and turned around companies, implemented plans that reversed multi-year million dollar losses into million dollar profits, installed new systems and re-engineered processes, broadened products lines, converted costs centers into profit centers, targeted companies to acquire, established credit and investment policies, managed inventory and
strengthened banking, investor and customer relations. In addition to being a CPA, Elliott holds two MBA degrees from New York University in Accounting and Finance, and NASD Securities licenses 7 & 63, as well as real estate and insurance licenses.
