LE, who cares if it takes 2 months, or 3 months? Not me. Look at HDWY, a good example from a friendly lurker to this thread. They merged with AFGL int'l. Form DEF/14A, an SEC filing for proxy vote to appoint officers and to change the name of the merged companies was filed on 10/14/96. HDWY's first 10QB was filed on 11/14/96. Please don't make me post the link to free edgar, I have a final tomorrow. What time period is that? Pretty short I think. As long as they get to the exchange they can be fairly valuated. I'm not going to bet you that it will happen in 2 weeks. But I'll bet you they will get on within a few months, tops. Why don't you just buy in? You know you want to! he, he.
