Rick, the three amigos spent a few hours looking over PGEN. At least one of us has a huge headache. We are impressed with the collaborative efforts ongoing with Smith Kline, Amgen, Chiron, Novo Nordisk, and the potential windfall each of these relationships has. We also like the $15.2 million in cash. The cash represents better than $1/share and the stock is trading at 1 13/16. Little downside compared to the upside potential. Sergio
