Anybody else notice the similarity between TERA's weird chart and RADAF? In early Feb Fahn shorted RADAF from 18ish down to 15 where RADAF started buying back shares, which created a very flat bottom. A bit over a week ago FAHN was shorting RADAF at 18ish again, creating a week long flat top. Perhaps TERA was using some of their $14MM cash to buy at $11 and somebody else was shorting at $14?

P.S. RADAF made a nice move today; bounce or beginning a new uptrend?
