Sh, If I am "standing in Richard Mazzarella's corner, it is that I enjoy the humour there. Richard is perhaps not the ideal contributor to the Naxos thread because he often uses innuendo and small distortion to influence opinion, presumably in the direction of stocks he holds and away from those he does not. This is annoying particularly when he won't trade hard facts in a discussion. But I suspect that most of us tailor our comments on the thread to maximize the benefit to our own current darling stock, and to diminish the estime for for other desert dirts. I have seen Naxos longs trolling for buyers with well-placed comments on other threads as well. I appreciate his comments and value his contribution. Cleverness and good humour will cover up a multitude of sins. :-) Speaking of sins, with regard to the priest issue, I have done no "lambasting". I take issue with the news release about this august body, not any of its sundry members. Look, I take Richard's point to be simply that the received wisdom on this thread is that this company lacks mining expertise. Here we have a press release informing us of the creation of an advisory body with no stated purpose, composed of people most of us do not know, chosen goodness knows how, from a wide selection of backgrounds--priest, doctor, butcher, baker, candlestick maker---anything but miner, geologist, venture capital specialist or anything else that might seem to be germaine. (I hasten to add before I get alot of flames from people taking up the cause of the downtrodden medics, that I myself am of the medical persuasion and percieve no offence here). Perhaps these people have qualities that make them ideal for this body, but I don't know how you can get so worked up at me for questioning this with the scant information which has been provided. On another point, it may take only a few days to do assays on standard ores processed in conventional ways, but surely it is evident that this is not our situation. The processing companies and assay companies have taken a long time to do their work. That may reflect on their abilities or commitment (although for the life of me I cannot see any incentive for them to drag this out) but most likely is entirely due to the complexity of the task and the high stakes involved. Neither the old nor the new management should be held accountable for these delays. They are beyond their control. Mazzarrellophile
