Stephen and David,

Since you have met Mr Witz, can you share with us, from your opinion, or observation, how was Mr. Witz's health status in last December.

Also, I do not mean Mr Witz must have close relation with Par or Osicom right now, but two things : from the same source, I was told Par knew Barry for a long time, so his comment to David seemed to me very strange, if I knew a guy for a long time and I knew he was innocent, I would not make a similar comment, wouldn't I? Second, Barry's attendance to the meeting can be a necessity to make sure the proposed resolution would be passed, this could be a sign to show his support. Otherwise Barry only needed to submit his proxy, why he needed to be there?

Let me repeat, I raise points for everyone, I did not say they are the fact and they are the only fact, so Afag, you do not need to react on this. Thanks.
