...hmm...Maybe IFMX is moving more into the complex data market now...and Oracle8's Object capabilities aren't being taken seriously?

I wouldn't put to much in what former IFMX sales people say. They are the ones that got us in trouble to begin with (i.e. stuffing channels, etc.). One of the areas Mr. F was going to change was the sales and marketing dept. He did this early on by getting rid of a lot of these people. This is not to say that all of them were bad, just a lot of them who worked closely with White. He has since replaced some of the management in this dept. and will probably make a few more changes in this area. IMHO the last people I would ever listen to would be sales people and their hype.
