Aren't they off to a very late start? It's under 2 years to til the year 2000. how are they obtaining qualified technicians -- they only had 10 employees at december 31st ? how will they train these technicians ?

would a large established company hire a company with only 80,000 of revenue? also, wouldn't a large established company already be well underway in correction the year 2000 problem?

i dont see how this company can turn the corner so quickly with no experienced personnel with less than 2 years to go.

by the way, the stock came out at about $6, and now it is approaching $8, and there is a warrant to buy stock at $7.50. so in reality, one should now consider that there are really 2 million shares outstanding, not 1 million -- since the warrants will presumably be exercised. wont this additional 1 million shares keep the price of the stock down.

just my thoughts.

Humble question, Jeff, at what level are you going to short it?
