A couple of SOES rules:
1. A firm can not break up a ticket...ie..you give firm order to sell 3000 abcd...they cant do 1000 on soes, wait 5, do 1000. NO good. Since they have been given order more than 1000 or soes tier limit, they can not do on SOES.
a) you could give them 1000, wait 5, give them 1000, wait five, etc.
b) you could do 1000, then call back and tell them to do 2000 on snet or phone. TO me, that would appear to be valid.
But again, much of the rulingare determined by case law not law.

Steve
