Joe,

A friend of mine told me about NPCT and their current news and I called and talked to Paul Metzinger today. This guy worked from 67-69
in the frauds department of the SEC. They are currently working on getting financing for NPCT and he was very excited about this diamond
coating technology. He told me he came to INCE in a mess and stated that this cell phone technology was what he belived to be a longshot
and he just said that he just let the stock run its downward course
with all the problems that had occurred. He said those who left and took this technology later went bankrupt. I did not ask him about INCE's future but truly felt this guy was on the up and up. He said that he and his wife owned around 70% of NPCT and the other 30% was
held by close friends and business associates. I understand that there
is around a 500,000 share float out of the 4.25 million FD after the
reverse split. I feel this guy will take NPCT to higher levels based
on this technology. He was very confident in acquiring financing to
accomplish his business plan. He seemed very sincere and left me feeling good about NPCT's future. I am supposed to get more info from
the company and Paul told me to feel free to ask him any question that
I wanted.

Talking about volume, what is going on here. More C shares converting? But the price is also holding steady, is someone really buying this today.
