Things have changed since Lair took over. He has a team that he is familiar and comfortable with. You can't have that many chiefs, someone had to go and he made a decision. As for there being no more staff changes. I don't think Lair should be held responsible for statements made by someone else. Once he gets the weeding done we will start seeing more positive moves. For all we know Howorth and West were the reason the financials haven't been posted. (IMHO) I'm anxious too. We shall see.
