Sounds to me like this play is over with folks. I think you all are very kind to give them even till the end of the month but I guess a couple of extra weeks doesn't mean much after all of this time. Of course when it doesn't happen at the end of the month the same old excuses will apply such as end of month selling, MM's shorting the stock, we have all heard them time and time again. IMHO, the management may be the biggest group of day traders hurting this stock along with lack of results, real results, not just the promise of results. There are no more rumors that could possibly boost the price of this stock. It's going to take FACTS FACTS AND MORE FACTS about REAL RESULTS!!!

Why am I getting a rather disturbing mental picture of you swimming some Northern border river, with crawfish in one hand, tar and feathers in the other, with a Huey P. How about rewriting "Santa Clause Is Coming to Town" , and plugging in "Handshake" in the appropriate spots of the song? <lol> Somebody must have spiked the coffee this morning, or I've held NPEC so long, I've started thinking like their .... hmmm better not finish that sentence, the 31st is not here yet.
