2min behind at open, DJII and COMP charts glitched today. The only thing I see different is the disclaimer on the entitlements page and the logo. I havn't checked the 'alert' sound.

Paul, I am currently using IT delayed. I will return to real-time the second the real-timers here start singing praises of the service. It is imperative that things improve soon. I use cable, and there are still interruptions. It does seem I have a more consistent feed than most of the guys here though. You currently have 2 advantages, cost, and software. The cost is not really an advantage, given the current unreliability. Competitors are working to close the software gap, I asure you. I mean, borrow the cash if necessary to improve things. The return will be quick. Or does the very greatness of the software that we love prevent reliable service?? Rashid
