To All:NKE (Nike) posted job layoffs yesterday.

So far the market has been muted to this news. (Share price down 11/16 so far today). They also post earnings Friday. The layoffs seem to indicate what the earnings report will be. The 10Q says they are taking a heavy hit from Asia. Might be a good short.

Bob, IMO MM will keep their key holdings up by pumping money into them until March is over, this will continue to push the market over, Unless they start running for the exit before then!
