SparQ sales hurting IOM? Not likely. SYQT is still just a cleaner fish hanging around the jaws of a shark.

Real reasons are (in no particular order):

1) IOM's $100MM ad campaign - this Q's installment $20MM
2) Seasonal slowdown - Xmas is over kids
3) High prices (now will they lower them?)
4) Too many waiting for HiFd and other new tech, but not SparQ

SparQ is crap. Don't bank on it saving SYQT.

I have spoken in great detail with someone who has just returned from Penang and spoken with middle management. The are on track for 200k SparQs and 1m cartridges this qtr in production, ramping up in Penang to 500k SparQs and 3m cartridges in the December qtr. Orders are on 6 week backlong at present. There are no substantial production issues remaining. Expect revenues in the mid $40m to $50m this qtr, ramping to $75m in the June qtr. With that kind of ramp, despite dilution, this stock is going up. Remember that it is inappropriate to consider the full dilution unless you also consider the company to hold the $200m in cash that would be injected upon the exercise of existing warrants. Product has been well-received by the marketplace and the critics; now that production issues are dissipating the stock will have a nice run over the next several months.
