What kind of proof do you want besides 1-management background-all facts and from SEC filed documents by Actrade themselves 2-discussion of accounting issues 3-refutation of patent enforcability (if Actrade can enforce a patent on a product they didnt invent and has been around for some time then I will patent the wheel) what lies? that this is a low margin financial service company trading at 10X Book? that they announce a share buyback, six months after announcing they were looking for a banker to do a secondary (which they never did, cause no one would touch the deal)? that the stock is down 50% since pink appeared and warned you?
