Hi Dennis

I did buy Hit and Run trading, there were some good points on discipline and the mental game of trading, but I don't as of yet use any of his methods. I've not bought any other books, but you are looking in the right place for the information here on SI. In my opinion the market of daytrading has changed more with the advent on on-line trading than any other change in it's history with the possible exception of the advent of the SOES system. I have only been trading actively for 6 months, only bought my first stock last June, so I'm far from an expert. I have learned more on the pages of Silicon Investor than any other place. Two people are foremost on my list of people to thank, Ken Wolff, who hosts the "Momentum Daytrading" thread, and Steve Goldman, who hosts the "From the Trading Desk" thread. These two men have put more valuable CURRENT information down for us to read than all the books currently in print. Take a few days to read through all the posts to both threads, print out all of Kens tips, and you will have enough information to begin a daytrading career. Books take so long to get to the public that the recent changes in the market will not be reflected for some time.

Good luck

Rick
