Looking at the graph and news from the past, news are on its way.
Just before the company announced that they had contract for the world series, the stock had already gone up in mid dollar range and came back down. Then it went up to 95 cents....
Just the analysis...

QUESTEC IS FOR REAL. ANNOUNCEMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN MADE BECAUSE THEY ORIGINALLY TRADED ON THE VANCOUVER EXCHANGE. THERE IS A TERMINATION FEE WITH THE VANCOUVER EXCHANGE THAT IS A % OF THE STOCK PRICE. ONCE THEY ARE COMPLETELY REMOVED FROM THE VANCOUVER EXCHANGE, ANNOUNCEMENTS SHOULD BE PLENTIFUL. THERE ARE ONLY A HANDFUL OF EMPLOYEES IN QUESTEC. M. RUSSO HAS TO ALSO CONCENTRATE ON HIS CORE BUSINESS, NOT JUST ANSWER STOCKHOLDER PHONE CALLS. HIS EAR PROBABLY FELL-OFF LAST WEEK. AGAIN, QUESTEC IS FOR REAL. SKY IS THE LIMIT BY OPENING DAY (FINGERS CROSSED).
