The Denver story is interesting. First you have to understand
4 things: (1) The CEO of Colorado Public Service, a person named Person was VERY deep into penny stocks. He once 'carried' DENELCOR, a huge stock fraud for 12 months at $10,000 per month for utilities
since he, Person, was a VERY large shareholder in DENL. (2) Alanco made their first trip to the Boulder Area around 1983 to demonstrate their first Dustsucker (whose papents just expired) on a CPS plant there. Naturally, it failed. So the event last year was their second trip to get favorable press. Naturally it failed too. (3) You have to believe that I know Alanco promoters (Mario Renda indicted 5 times) very well and categorize it as a 'zombie' like copytele or solvex; it will live forever. (4) Finally, you must understand that Alanco sued me first. I did not sue them until they sued me for $12 million. People who sue me get only one thing: practice. Alanco's suit, filed 6 years ago, is still pending and has cost me around $1,000 plus travel expenses (they sued me away from my home)and the lawyer for Alanco claims he has been paid only around $60,000. Alanco has been sued around 36 times. Lost every case, if memory serves. see www.supcourt.maricopa.gov 97CV 08310. Still want technical brochures or data sheet for CDSI.
