To all

Why is it that Ed Holt of CTI keeps misleading the investors by telling them FDA approval will be soon around end of April? Meanwhile Dave Packard has a memo out that the information package for approval wont be ready by late June, July, not to mention a few months more for review by FDA to approve it.
Why hasn't the company honored its shareholders yet with honest answers and why does this company hold out from a shareholders meeting since Febuary 1996.
I would like to know if anyone knows of a class action law suit being held against CTI for wrongfully misinforming their shareholders all these years. If they have new financing and feel their stock is low......then why are they paying TRW in stock instead of cash as we speak. The float has almost doubled since 1995 as the stock trades below .50 cents.
thank you,
Dr. Steel

Although our pre-trial results are dramatic, the clinical data currently being collected will provide a much better statistical basis to confirm accuracy. I expect the accuracy number will change as the result of both the larger sample size and procedural improvements. Our equipment also has a range of operating parameters. Based on the clinical results and discussions with the FDA, the final operating parameters will be established. Since the numbers will change, it would not be appropriate at this time to make accuracy predictions until it has been independently verified and final operating perimeters have been established.
