The timeframe of the quarterly announcements is disconcerting. The mere fact that they do not have an "official" date for their Q1 announcement shows that their acctg needs a lot more work. Most large companies have their earnings calendar defined well in advance (at least 3 months). Also, other than the fiscal year-end numbers, which are delayed due to a complete audit, other companies announce around 3 weeks after the end of the qtr. I'm surprised that IFMX has not yet "caught up."
