Dave, Yakobsen not back until Friday the 20th. TMex/Joe (or anybody for that matter), can you help me out?....never studied SEC filings required if a company (say TX) wants to establish a position, say greater than 5% in a company like RNTK. What kind of filing, if any, is required and when? i.e., before or after the fact....... Thanks for any info.....suspect this is what folks are looking for when they talk about the hoped-for TX filing. Howard Williams
