It means that the trustee does not have to file a 13G.. but it leaves open the question of whether beneficiaries who have a greater than 5% interest must file the 13G even if their ownership pre-dates the registration of the stock. That's a question for the securities lawyers.

Is anyone out there the beneficial owner of 7,500,000 shares? (that's a rhetorical question).
